You’ll Need:


  • 1 , 4-inch piece ginger (äbout the size of your thumb), plus more if desired
  • 4 cups (1L) filtered wäter
  • 1 stick cinnämon
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp äpple cider vinegär
  • pinch cäyenne to täste


Instructions:


  1. Slice your ginger into thin slices änd ädd to wäter jug. Pour in filtered wäter änd ädd cinnämon stick. Pläce in fridge to steep overnight.
  2. In the morning, ädd the juice of 1/2 lemon to ä juice cup. Ädd äpple cider vinegär änd 1 to 2 oz. of the infused wäter. (Optionäl to ädd more wäter to be more diluted). Ädd ä pinch cäyenne to täste.


NOTES:


  • The infused wäter cän be used throughout the week in your drink. Ädd more fresh ginger through the week for stronger infusion. Cinnämon stick will remäin strong for one week.
