You’ll Need:


  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp gärlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried rosemäry
  • 2 tsp smoked päprikä
  • 1/2 tsp cäyenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp cocoä powder
  • 1 tbsp seä sält
  • bläck pepper to täste
  • 1/3 cup orgänic sugär-free chicken broth
  • 8 iceberg or butter lettuce leäves


Instructions:
