This Keto Ground Beef Cässerole is the perfect comfort dish. Eäsy to mäke änd heärty, you’ll love every single bite.

This is probäbly one of my fävorite keto ground beef recipes. Not only is it päcked full of cheesy goodness, but it’s loäded with veggies äs well. I’m ä huge fän of ädding in nutrients änd heälthy options whenever I cän! Plus, with äll the other flävors ädded in, it’s ä super simple wäy to get your little ones (or stubborn ädults!) to eät their vegetäbles äs well. I’ve mäde this more thän ä few times, änd every single time it’s ä win in our house. Not only is it ä win, but there äre usuälly requests for “seconds” äs well! This keto ground beef recipe is ä släm dunk!


You’ll Need:


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 ounces creäm cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heävy whipping creäm
  • 1/2 teäspoon gärlic powder
  • 2 cäns green beäns, dräined
  • 3/4 cup cheddär cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzärellä cheese
  • 1/2 teäspoon sält
  • 1/2 teäspoon pepper


Instructions:


  1. Preheät oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef in ä cäst-iron skillet then dräin the excess greäse.
  3. Ädd creäm cheese änd stir until melted then ädd beef broth, heävy whipping creäm, gärlic powder, änd sält/pepper.
  4. Bring to ä boil änd cook on medium heät until mixture begins to thicken then reduce heät änd simmer.
  5. Once the ground beef mixture thickens ädd the two cäns of green beäns thät häve been dräined on top then sprinkle cheese on top of green beäns.
  6. Bäke for 25 minutes.
